Not sure if this is a common question but I have been reading more about fats (mono/poly good saturated/trans bad). So i started looking at my labels. I noticed that it will say like 20 grams of fat 2 grams saturated fat under the sub label but nothing else. Is it safe to assume the remaining fats generally are mono / poly?
