Opinions on macro setup/strategy?

Currently trying to cut fat while still building or atleast maintaining muscle. I weight about 153 now (gained 3lbs over Christmas lol), I started at about 165-168. Still want to cut down to about 145ish. Currently as I have a problem with my hip I can’t do legs, but doing jump rope hiit among a couple other things on off days, just hitting upper body really hard.

^is just context, here’s typically what I’m getting:

Around 1.5-1.6k calories
Daily: 150-160g protein
Around 180 carbs
38-40ish fiber
Below 35 sugar, below 40 fat.

•Pre workout meal (I workout in mornings so basically breakfast):
379 cal, 34g protein, 61 carb
•post workout meal (lunch):
629 cal, 66g protein, 61 carb
•snack, usually after my basketball workout, varies in macros
•dinner, after abs, also varies.
Snack and dinner typically just fill in the rest of what I need.

Usually eat 12pm-8pm, workouts scattered between there, tho some days are different, but I try to keep it within 8ish hours.
