Nutrition Help

I'm a new member in here, so hello everyone and a happy new year!!
I'm trying to bulk up while, at the same time, losing body fat . I'm 190cm, 80kg (14% body fat). I'm very athletic, however I need to really improve my nutrition in order to improve myself in other aspects(like my performance in sports etc.).

Therefore, any suggestions that may help me are welcomed!!
