Hello! My name is Tanner and I need some help. I can’t do a regular diets due to either gluten problems or problems with high amount of carbs that gives a shooting pain down my spine. Tried Keto and my body felt better and definitely had much more energy. I am 23 almost 24 years old and overweight badly. Last time I weighed myself I was 275. I was 310 and within a month and a half of Keto I lost the weight but I wasn’t strict and had minimum exercise. Starting in February I am doing very strict Keto. I am planning on getting a stationary bike ( this is where I need help with some ) for my exercise. I was wondering with that if just doing that a few hours a day for 5 days a week will help out a good bit with weight loss? I don’t drive nor work due to my back problems making it difficult to stand for more than a half hour. Main reason why I’m doing all of this is because I’m tired of hurting and would like to get a job. I walk down to the store for my vegetables everyday for more exercise as well which is a 5 minute walk there and 5 minutes back. With the help I need with my Keto is my macros. I have it set to 20g Net carbs
140g fat 120g protein and 1800 calories. Was wondering if that seems right for a 23y M , 5’7 275lbs light activity. My goal weight is 180-200. Any help is appreciated so much.
