I'm not gaining any weight at 4000 calories (clean food 200p,550c,100f) working out 4 time week full body but gaining some muscle(al least i think so ) should i increase my calories ??
i used to eat 6000-7000 calories before for years and never got about 80 for years only one 92kg when eating 10000 calories
medical conditions-celiac disease,lactose intolerance (i stop eating gluten 5 months ago when i realize i can't digest it anymore :( still not gaining and i can lose 4kg in 20 days with 2300 calories)
