Right now I’m following the Fierce 5 program which has you training 3x a week. This means I have a ton of rest days, so my question is should I be eating less those days? I’ve heard you need to eat the same so you can recover but I feel like I if you burn less calories you wouldn’t eat as much. Also, is cardio necessary on off days ?
