Hey guys, I have a quick question. Here's the scenario.
I work from Monday to Friday at 9pm - 6am (Graveyard/Night Shift). Here's how I do my IF:
Monday - 12pm-8pm is my eating window; 8pm-onwards is my fasting window
Tuesday till Friday end of shift - 4pm-12mn is my eating window; After 12mn is my fasting window
Weekends will be a big challenge for me. Because on Saturdays I'll be awake at 4pm so there goes my first meal and most probably my last meal will be at 8pm
On Sundays is a bit tricky, it will be the same as my Monday mornings. My eating window is from 12pm-8pm, and fasting window is after 8pm.
My question is, is my IF program all fine? If not, how can I adjust it?
