I’m currently bulking and seem to just be gaining fat and not any noticeable muscle. Just wondering if I’m doing anything wrong. I’m 5’6 and weight 10stone. My macros are 2800 calories , with about 160 protein 380-400 carbs and about 50-60 fat. Any help would be appreciated.
