Do you have a calorie surplus on the SECOND rest day?

I know that muscle is built while at rest so it makes sense to eat up on the days away from the gym, but what if you are on your second rest day? I know it's best to be consistent with your caloric intake on a daily basis but will those extra calories actually help out growth/recovery on your second rest day?
