So im in high school running track for about 3 years now. I am currently in the 400m 200m and 100m.
I am completely new to this but the benefits are obvious and i want corrections on my diet.
What is a good diet for a runner? Could i make a week meal plan? ingredients? What do i not eat?
I currently condition and weight lift as a daily exercise at least 5 times a week.
