hey guys, ive started my lifestyle change now and im eating around 1300 calories a day. im working out for at least 20 mins every day and im feeling great for it. my biggest struggle throughout this process however, has been my love of carbs. i miss rice, bread and pasta sooooo much! i was wondering if any of you veterans would be able to share some tips about dealing with carbs and whether i have to give them up for good or if there are some healthier replacements. hope your all having as good a new year as i am :)
