Calorie intake

Hello,

How many calorie should i take daily if i want to bulk Muscle, but minimum fat?

Im doing Olympic weightllifting 4x a week, these trainings consists Always heavy squats And deadlifts And other o.w. movements.

Im also doing bodyweight excercises on my rest days but i found that Im still weaker on these excercises!

Can ve problem poor diet? My trainings take 2 Hours, And rest of the day im almost sitting, -studying, PC games..

17 years Old, 58 kg, 170 cm

Do You have some good pages with good calculator for calorie intake ?
