Ok guys here's the question, did anyone get heartburn from milk and oats while bulking?
I had an ulcer burst a few months ago and lost a lot of weight while recovering , which is mainly the reason I want to try bulking up. Thing is been doing it for a few days and been eating quite healthy and felt great. Added my shakes yesterday and now getting bad heartburn. Basically my shakes are as follows.
1 cup powdered oats
1 and half cup milk
1 bannana
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop whey
I need these shakes, I'm too small to eat 2.5k to 3k a day is there any way to change these ingredients to something else which is quite high calorie to help me.
I been searching and apparently oats or milk can cause heartburn, anyone else experience this?
