Hi so I have a problem with my diet and I couldn’t find any information about this anywhere else.So I’m 16 , I’ve been training for 5 months now and I’m kind of on a dirty bulk. In my diet one day I eat a lot (exercise day) and the other I eat normal amount (non training) Should I bulk every day ? and does it effect my strength and muscle growth?
