First of all, I apologise if these have been answered already or there's a post about this already. There's alot of good information in here and just thought maybe I can just ask it straightforward.
So I have been working out on the gym 5 times a week for a month now, since 1st December 2018.
I went to the gym and used those automated weighing scale there that measures weight and BF and so on.
These were my initial figures on 20th December 2018: (I guess they are not that so accurate)
Weight: 135lb
Height: 5"3
BF: 22.5%
With that, I used the myfitnesspal app and chose the muscle gain option, which asked me to basically to eat 2300 calories a day, which I have been doing for 2 weeks.
I then checked my weight on the new scale I bought, I am now on 138lb and I am definitely sure I am skinny fat as I have those love handles on me and very noticeable when I take off my shirt. Although I did noticed I got abit bigger and have abit of muscles especially after workout.
These are my routines atm on the gym:
Chest Shoulder Triceps
Back Biceps Abs
Legs Abs
Rest
Shoulder Chest Triceps
Back Biceps Abs
Off
With those figures above, can you please help me if I should go cut,maintain, or bulk?
Also, please check my pictures below, this was just taken last week for refrence.
