Hey so at my Walmart where I buy my chicken, the only relatively cheap chicken product they have is "Maple Leaf Chicken Breast". The thing is I cant find its nutritional value on the product nor anywhere online. I really want to know the protein per serving because I know some chicken has much less protein than others. My question is do you think I should go for a chicken that more expensive but I know its protein per serving or just stick with Maple Leaf Chicken? And if any others eat Maple Leaf Chicken, I'd enjoy your output, thanks!
