another bulk or cut thread

Hey guys and gals,

I have been training off and on for 4 years (had to take breaks from health issues), but now im back at it with 100% determination to get the body ive always wanted. Right now I am sitting at around 13% body fat, no visible abs and small love handles. basically I am wondering should I keep trying to cut or should I bulk for a while first? I dont want to compete or anything I just want a lean body with a good amount of muscle mass.

6ft 4in
208lbs
13% body fat
bench 205
squat 235 (recovered from leg injury)
15.5 inch arms flexed
