Low body fat and hypoglycemia?

Hello all you knowledgeable fitness freaks!
I’ve recently finished a cut, lowest bf% I’ve ever attained (got to 9%) and then decided I wanted to pump the breaks and eat at maintenance...
however I have noticed some issues as of late that I want to address...
First off, I’m still always hungry. Even eating at maintenance.
I also noticed I can’t go longer than 2 hours without eating something or I get low blood sugar. Like baddd. This has never happened to me before, at least not this pronounced. We’re talking all the symptoms of hypoglycemia...
I’m just wondering is having a low body fat causing faster drops in blood sugar due to not having as much fat stored for “emergency energy?”
Anyone else experience this?
Also noticed I’m waking up with night sweats, another sign of hypoglycemia...
I’ve been trying to time my last meal before bed, and having it mainly be proteins and fats for slower digestion but it still happens.
I eat clean for the most part, get all my micro nutrients and plenty of fiber. Everything has been tracked thru MyFitnessPal and my workouts happen early on in the day, so I don’t assume it’s from the workout. Any advice would be great!
