hi im 17 years old 1.87 height 87 kg guy. around %18 body fat or more but i dont think its more than 20.
I was doing fierce 5 novice routine. I really started eating alot , i bulked up and gained some fat. I couldnt add weight week to week, but i was still eating alot thats why i get fat a little. Now i will move to intermediate program but im still look skinny fat tho.
If i cut i will probably look skinny afterwards cuz i have alot skinloss that makes me look fat( i lost 30 kg in the past). So my bmi around 25.
I still want to bulk until i reach the numbers i want on my main lifts. Im okay with the look im having right now , i now changing body is not a fast process so i rather bulk , gain some good amount of strenght, muscle, than start cutting slowly.
Can i still get strong by bulking on little higher body fat ? does it affect gaining strenght ?
