Currently I’m bulking on 4,000 calories which seems like a lot to me. I’m 18 6’3” and weigh 186 lbs. I’ve seen great strength gains but weight gain is slowing down. I need to increase calories but by how much? I feel like 4,000 calories is already a ton.
