I'm 20 years old, 188 cm (which is 6'2 I think). I am training 3 times a week with Fierce 5. So I've been tracking my weight since September 10th, here are the results:
/9-81.1kg
/9-80.1kg
/9-80.5kg
/9-79.6kg
/9-79.5kg
/9-79.9kg
/9-79kg
/9-79.3kg
/9-79.2kg
/9-79.1kg
/9-80.1kg
/9-79.3kg
/9-78.8kg
/9-79.5kg
/9-78.9kg
/9-79.2kg
/9-79.1kg
/9-79.1kg
/9-79.1kg
/9-78.7kg
/9-78.2kg
I want to bulk, my current macros are: 175g P, 375g C, 70g F (2830 calories). This is the first time I've been tracking my weight for a long period of time. I don't know if is just water weight or I actually lost a little bit of weight. My lifts are not increasing as much as the creator of the program said (10lbs per week for the lower body lifts, and 5lbs for upper body lifts) so I've only gained a little bit of strength. I don't eat a lot of salt, maybe 4-5g a day. My question is: Should I increase my calories intake?
