I've been working out for about 3 years now, but I've been only maintaining my muscle gains, never actually tried bulking
So when I decided I should start, I didn't really know what my TDEE was, so I checked it online and found it was 2650 cal, and I think I've been eating much less for the past few months
So I added 250cal every day, which is 2900 calories, and about 140g of protein, I kept track of carbs and fat as well
I started bulking 7 days ago at 156 pounds (I'm 23 years old) and I thought I would gain at least 1lb, but I noticed I didn't gain any weight at all!
Can it be because the calorie surplus isn't enough?
And how much weight gain can I expect if I bulk for 9-10 months??
