Hi.Im 17 years old 82kg/180lbs and 180cm/5’10.I am currently trying to cut body fat and at the same time maintain or even increase my muscle mass.I have been lifting for a year now and I have been eating mostly in a caloric surplus.I have already set up my cutting plan.
Meal 1
1 cup of oatmeal and 3 eggs and 1 glass of milk
Meal 2
1 cup of rice with 100g minced beef
Meal 3(Pre workout meal)
1.5 cups of rice with 100g minced beef and 50g mixed veggies
Meal 4(Post workout)
1.5 cups of rice with 100g minced beef and 50g mixed veggies and 4 eggs and 1 glass of milk

Macros (estimated not exact)
P-150g

F-70g
I dont take any protein powders I only supplement with creatine with at least 5g creatine a day.I workout for 2-3 hours a day 6 days a week and am currently doing powerbodybuilding.
