I am A student in computer Sience (19 years old) so the only movement i get is 5 times gym and a 20 min of walking A day and I am 186cm height and wieght 78 kg.
I want help with my diet I want it clean i dont feel good When eating fat food. And if k calculate things i need 3000 kcal Thats insane does someone has Some tricks that can help me or has Some advice.
Atm i dat 5 times A day :
50 gr of oatmeal
35 cl of Milk
2scoops Whey proteïn
3 times
200 gr of chicken
100 grams Rice
100 grams vegetables
1 time
200 gr of salmon
100 gr Rice
100 gr vegetables
30 gr of whey protein after my workout
Everything is made with olive oil
I dont know How to get to the 3000 mark my stomack is kinda full the hole day but i can mayby try to eat more
