How should I approach fat loss?

I’m sitting at 180 around 20-25% bf I’m 180 pounds 5’9.

Current stats are:
265 bench
340 squat
495 deadlift

My biggest concerns are strength loss and maybe feeling like I lack overall muscle mass. I’m starting a powerlifting routine called Sheiko as well since I have not been on a “program” for a while now and just been doing random training. Any advice
