When I talk about sugar, I'm talking about naturual sugar, not proccessed stuff like fructose. I've heard that sugar (as a general term) makes you gain fat as your liver is unable to process too much sugar, but what about the good sugar, like glucose? Does glucose make me gain fat as much as fructose with the same amount in excess, or less? I am skinny-ish with some muscle definition and am looking to make gains, should I cut back on sugar? I have about 35 grams a day. Most of my sugar comes from drinking one up & go, and one glass of milk a day.
