Reverse dieting gains

How much should you increase your calories by weekly during a reverse diet and do we increase carbs or fats or protein or just all 3 equally?

Also can you gain much muscle/strentgh during this phase as apposed to just a normal bulk or is this just limiting fat gain?

Will i get the strength lost during my cut back as fast as normal?
