Hi I'm 6 foot 2 192lbs and skinny fat. I've been doing stronglifts 5x5 for last 4 weeks and I'm noticing gains in strength already and even subtle changes in my body such as tighter stomach and bigger shoulders. I have lost 4lbs since doing it and my main focus is to gain a good baseline of strength. I haven't been tracking calories but I would estimate my calories to be about 3500 a day. I don't do any cardio other than walking dog and I don't have an energy expending job so my metabolism must be quite high. Would I benefit doing gomad now that lifts are getting more difficult?
