Trouble bulking

Need around 3,000 calories a day.
Struggling to even get in 2,000 without feeling sick/full especially on work days.
Not going to make any gains like this...
Also job starts at 4:30 in the morning so I hardly have any time in the morning to eat or prepare food.

What can I do...
