Diet/Meal Review

Hi,
I pretty much eat the same things every day/week and I was just wondering if anyone could take a look and review/point out if there is something obvious I am missing in my diet, maybe a key vitamin or something?

Breakfast: Cereal (Shredded Wheat, Weetabix, Oats), Milk (Skim), Banana, Whey Protein

Lunch: Spinach, Potato, Carrots, Peas, Eggs, Olive Oil, Quorn

Dinner: Tomato, Lettuce, Cucumber, Vinegar, Olive Oil, Pasta/Couscous, Brocolli, Chicken/Salmon/Cod/Quorn

Snacks/Extras: Cereal, Milk (Skim/Almond), Cocoa, Whey/Casein Protein, Wholemeal Bread, Peanut Butter

Supplements: Omega 3, Vitamin C, Tumeric

Average Carbs, Protein and Fat: C:290g (55%), P:140g (25%), F:42g (20%)
