Need some help & advice on gaining weight & going to the gym to build muscle.

I’m 23 years old. I’m 6’0. I weigh about 155 pounds. I went through a rough last 3 years with my ex & lost ALOT of weight. I just want to get back to 190-200 pounds. I just don’t know where to start. Last night was the first time going to the gym. I did some arms , legs & a lil bit of abs & it felt really good and I enjoyed going to the gym. Online it says to eat about 1900 calories a day I just don’t know what to eat everyday that will give me that. If anybody could help me out with a daily eating guide & what I should be focusing on when I go to the gym, Because honestly I just went there and had no idea what to do.. All help would be very appreciated. Sorry for this long paragraph. Just need some help.
