So im 18 about 185cm in height and around 69.7kg.
I startet working out 4-5 times a week a couple months ago and now i decided to bulk since i feel like im way too skinny. I startet a week ago by tracking my nutrition and after the first week i gained 1.7kg.
I feel like this is way too fast and a lot of it is just fat. I kno when bulking you gain fat however i feel like it should be less.
Is it normal to gain weight this fast when bulking? or should i cut down a bit on the calories?
Btw i dont feel like i have gained that much fat when looking in the mirror.
