So my performance working out is substantially greater then when i was on keto.. my only question now is will i continue to lose fat eating 200g carbs/ 70 fat/ 190 protein a day roughly 2300 calories + 250 give or take calorie surplus eating ONLY healthy foods just like on keto havn't cheated... only brown rice/brown rice pasta/ steak/ chicken breasts/old fashioned oatmeal/blueberries strawberries/ sweet potatoes currently at 245 lbs... gained 10 after coming off keto (assuming from water weight) :::and before this turns into a weight/ YOU SHOULD BE CUTTING discussion... where i am i feel comfortable.. i have a very very wide endormorph frame and i've decided to fill out where i am and lose fat as i go::but i can feel muscles that had been dormant i feel outstanding my strength is increasing every week i'm following the P.H.U.L (power/hypertrophy/upper/lower) workout plan.. (just google it) i struggle with squats assuming a balance / muscle issue always stumble forward so i've resorted to bodyweight + 45lb plate squatting til i develop the core/leg muscles... only supplements are whey protein/MCT oil/ACV/creatine mono... (mct/acv/lemon juice cocktail after workout) but basically i'm wondering if following this same diet.. 4 day workout plan 1 day dedicated to biceps/triceps 2 rest
