Hey guys! I've been into keto for a few weeks now and have been spending a lot of time on a keto forum.
There's a lot of conflict over keto diet and exercise, building muscle, aerobic exercise, etc.
Has anyone here "fat adapted" or been on keto long term? Ando if so, what has been your experience and understanding in regards to how it effects cardio, HIIT, anaerobic and/or strength training /muscle building?
