Hello everyone I am new to forum posting, but it seems like a good time to start asking for advice for I am not seeing the results I want to be seeing. I am a female age 21 height: 5 ft 7 in. weight: 140lbs. I workout 5 times a week with a mix of strength and conditioning. I believe that I have lost the weight I have wanted, but now I feel like I am in a rut with toning my muscles. is there any advice you guys could give about nutrition and other exercises I could be doing to tone out my muscles more? thanks in advance!
