I currently started weight lifting about a month ago . I’m 5’9 weighing 180lbs I’m trynna lose body fat and gain muscle but don’t really know what meals I should be eating in order for that to happen. Anyone have any recommendations? Also want to know how to find out how many calories I should be eating a day and grams of protein I should be consuming. At the moment I just drink my whey Protein before work, snack on a banana and orange at work, eat a plate of chicken and white rice for dinner, and then drink my protein before bed again. Any tips is highly appreciated
