having trouble figuring out a meal plan

title says it all pretty much. im going through a lean bulk to 175 lbs (right now im 150 lbs, % bf and 6’0) and once there, go through a slow cut to lower my bf (15% atm) But im having trouble determining my daily calorie intake and figuring out a diet which includes the amount of the necessary macros I need.
im sorta new to this thing so I would like to understand this better and some guidelines. thank you
