So im sure this **** has been asked on here DOZENS of times but I figured I'd make a post regarding my personal situation anyways;
So im 125 lbs, trying to gain weight and get to my goal of 135-140 lbs
Drink a whole serving of mass gainer (2 scoops), and meal prep (ex. half of a chicken breast with pasta/noodles/potatoes for 1 prep) and I eat 2 preps a day, one in the morning for lunch and one before/after I lift
This fills me up for the whole day too, so im not sure if it's just that my stomach volume isnt exactly where it needs to be yet and im getting full or "full", or If im doing something entirely wrong.
I've been seeing progression in the size of certain muscles, i.e shoulders and chest, so something is working but yet im still stuck at 125 lbs.
So all-in-all, my primary question is am I doing something wrong, or am I simply just expecting too much to happen in too short of a time frame. Thanks in advance!
