Will having pizza just once ruin my muscle gain and stomach fat loss?

When my mum invites me round for tea, she has a strange thing of giving me junk food whenever I've been to the gym and tonight I ended up having pizza for the first time in at least two years.

Will this ruin my muscle gain and stomach fat reduction goals when most other times I eat lots of high protein foods like meats, fish and nuts, plus other food like fruit and vegetables?
