I should be around 160lb in good shape, I'm 191lb today. In 1 sticky it recommends 0.7g protein *160lb= 112g
So like a regular person I eat gnd beef sometimes, and it has 14g protein/100g
If I eat rice and some veg which have very little protein, and gnd beef. So say I need 100g of protein from GB, I have to eat 714g of GB. Thats 2142cals of reg.GB, thats more than my ~1950cal maintenance cals, and I'm on diet anyways.
I eat about 1 cup uncooked rice, so call it 675 cals, maybe another 100-200cals from veg/butter
So I'd be up around 3000cals/day if I eat that much beef. I'd be gaining fat, not losing it.
I don't even eat GB often, usually I eat lean pork, but I'm just saying.
