Male, 5'10, 24, 10% body cut. On a daily 750 calorie deficit from the beginning of the year (200 pounds and 30% to 140 now). Running IF 18:6 with two meals. Currently feeling exhausted and upped the calories from 1400 to 1500 at a TDEE of 2125 (down from 2150) - 625 deficit now.
