Whole, 2%,1%,skim?

What are your opinions on dairy fats? I use whole milk in coffee, whole fat yogurts and cottage cheese but sometimes go over my fat macros. Nuts, whole eggs, olive oils are usually my other main fats. I know there all healthy fats, but if I had to cut back on the fats which would you cut back on? i am at 25% fat in my macros which is 69 grams. When I go over I’m as high as 80 grams.
