Okay so I have been consistent with lifting for a month now. I do push/pull/legs every week and do cardio 3x a week for half an hour after my resistance training. I am 30yrs old 5ft 2 and weight 147lbs. I weigh and log all my food and I'm eating 1700 calories daily. The scale is not budging for me. Two years ago I was looking great was about 133lbs but looked and felt great when using a PT. I fell off the wagon due to mental health reasons but I'm back on track. Why am I not seeing any progress with the scale. I know people say don't get too crazy over the scale but I do like to use it once every week on the same day in the morning. My macros are protein 149 g fat 47g carbs 170g Help anyone?
