I am 5’10” weighing in at 130 lbs l at age 18, I eat about 500-1000 Calories a day because money is a problem. I have $192 a month for food or about $44 a week for food. I want to try and reach around 150 pounds before the Spring of 2019. I don’t know where to start. I plan on working out as often as i can either at a gym or at home. I want to focus more on upper body and abs than my lower body. But like i said I don’t know where to start let alone what i’m doing. Can anyone help me? I go to highschool and have to work after school but i don’t work weekends, I have to work because i pay rent and various other bills
