I’m on beta blockers for heart palpitations. One milky cup of coffee in the morning is all I can manage per day.
The issue is I get half way through my workout and am tired and fatigued as hell.
Is there something that can give me energy without playing with my heart rate or without giving me anxiety? That was another issue I had with caffeine, anxiety.
