Please help, 15 year old seeking advice.

I'm a 15 year old male on the path to a lean and more healthy look. I was slightly overweight at 168 pounds 2 months ago and now way 152 pounds. I've lost alot of fat, but still have a small mufdintop and fat surrounding Pecs. I don't know whether to cut or bulk and am unsure of my nutrition. I currently take one scoop of whey protein a day and gym 4 times a week. With cardio and resistance training everyday.
