Hey, just wondering if it would be better to just eat healthy rather than counting calories when lifting and just listen to your body's natural hunger cues? Build a diet on lean meats, fruit, veg, nuts and grains. Would this simplistic way of eating work rather than restricting calories or forcing yourself to eat more? Lifting increases natural appetite anyways doesn't it? Thanks in advance
