Iv just watched a video showing how to work out daily macros for nutrition but was wondering if the numbers i came up with from the video were healthy/constructive for muscle gain.... as the comments on the video were all raving on how the protein level was way too high and "posed health risks", and that the carb intake was way to low?
Could I get some thoughts on these macros and any alterations? (Macros calculated with Bulking inmind) - stats and macros as follows:
Protein: 225 grams
Fat: 100 Grams
Carbs: 263 grams
My Fat body weight is 37 pounds, lean body weight is 150 pounds and have an average BMR (Between resting and active) of 2604 calories - I am also 19 and 6ft 2 with a body fat% of 19.9
