So I find myself stripped of time and money these days. But I care about my health. Is there a recipe you can suggest for a meal replacement bar? I don't care how it tastes, as long as it's got a good macro ratio and holds together. I'd prefer something with ingredients like oats and eggs or something because that is cheaper for me but I am not afraid of sticking protein powder in their either. I'd like something like a 250 Cal

15-17g of carbs
7-10g of fats.
But whatever works. I plan to make a week's worth of Saturday (my day off). If I could have some honest help, I'd really appreciate it.
