My First Diet Plan - Can you help me fix it up?

Age: 22
Height: 6'4" ft (194 cm)
Weight: 118 kg (260 lbs)
Exercise: Moderate (Usually gyming 3-5 times per week)
BMI Score: 31.4

I have some recent pictures of me on my BodySpace profile.

docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14CAEDuhJrRx9JDTTCuISlC3FX3lrv5IMsZ6SS4a116I/ (This is my first ever diet plan)

According to a TDEE Calculator I need to be eating 3046 calories per day to cut and it recommends low carb 40/40/20 for fat loss.

305g protein
135g fats
152g carbs

So far based on my research the foods in my diet reflect good nutrition but I don't even seem to come close to the macros above at all. Any ideas on how I can improve it so I can start losing weight and improving myself properly?

My goal is to go from being a fat bastard to a lean/healthy athlete. I'd like to drop down to 85 kg and then start putting on more muscle mass. I know this will take A LOT of time but I really do want to reach these milestones. The heaviest I've been at was 138 kg and that's when I was drinking 4 litres of coke per day and only eating foods that I could order online/get delivered (Pizza, McDonalds, etc). Now that I'm down to 118 kg I am much more motivated and I want to fully commit to this, hence the diet plan.
